This allows us to get to know you better and gather all details needed to help you to fulfill your dream trip. Depending on your needs, planning fees will be discussed. We’ll share more about the trip planning process and will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Create: Let the planning begin! We will work on your customized program and will send you a proposal with pricing via email. You will have time to review all details of the program and share your feedback. We will adjust the program according to your feedback, so the program will be flawless. Depending on the scope of your trip, our turn-around time may be anywhere from 24 hours to 1 week.
Secure: Once the program is finalized, we will secure all your travel arrangements and reservations – hotels, transfers, flights, tours and more. Deposits and payments are processed, and trip confirmations completed. We’ll ensure you are fully prepared for the trip. We will share insider tips for the destination, entrance visa and passport requirements, restaurant recommendations.
Support: It is time to embark on your dream trip! We will send you a personalized link to your final documents, which are easily accessible while traveling. We’ll be monitoring the progress of your trip to ensure everything goes seamlessly.
